The Action Profile is not a psychometric test and is impossible to fake. With Action Profiling individuals and teams learn how to powerfully utilise resources, leading to quicker and better decisions improving business performance.

Reaction Profiling© is another special LEP tool designed to get to the core of interpersonal dynamics, preparing the individual to look at what is happening in a different and more positive way. This is a simple process which allows the individual to uncover for themselves deep-seated beliefs, which will not only help them to see subtle and usually simple shifts in perception and behaviour, it also can dramatically and positively affect the way they co-operate. This is a powerful and enjoyable individual experience which impacts team dynamics.

Among the wide range of psychometric tests available today LEP always recommends building upon what the organisation may have already implemented in this area. LEP most often augments their team development approach with Team Management Systems (TMS) or the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (aligned to Myers Briggs Type). In order to assess some of the current behavioural patterns we may use the Perception and Preference Inventory (PAPI) and the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). These are simple tools, which when specifically combined with the Action and ReAction Profiles, can be hugely revealing.
