About Leading Edge People

LEP was created in 1985 with Anita Hall as the sole owner of this new and leading-edge consultancy coming from a position as a board member in Moore Corporation. The foundation of the organisation was their approach to Decision Making and Team Decision Processes.

At this time many blue chip organisations were involved in successfully testing and implementing these concepts at Top Team level, and the Kodak organisation had an impressive write-up in the Financial Times.

From this sprang an association with a number of other consultancy organisations - Decision Development, Kennedy Business Development, Michael Williams and Associates were among these - and the combined concepts of these were implemented with top-level teams.

In 1994 Anita developed a strong relationship with a U.S. based organization involved in communication and relationship building concepts – again to top teams. This culminated in her becoming a Master Trainer in the Course in Miracles concepts.

LEP continues to grow and evolve extending its dynamic delivery into the sphere of sales developing a product line that optimizes the Leading Edge technologies that they have at their fingertips.

The purpose is the development of performance excellence through powerful decision making with this decision model being translated for application in the world of sales where it is combined with practical emotional intelligence and confrontation techniques designed to support the growing demands of the modern business world.

LEP are continuously in the design phases of leading edge approaches specifically to partner with Industry and other leading edge associates and organizations.
